I thought I would give a little update on our girlies and our overall family happenings. So much has happened over the past few months...
Ainsley is *loving* school. She has so many little friends and they are the only reason she gets into any trouble at school. We have a major social butterfly on our hands! She is learning to read and also small addition. I look at her and can't believe how big and smart she is.
Peyton loves going to her preschool class. She is learning her letters, numbers and colors. She really enjoys having mommy time while Ainsley is at school. She is such a sweet little helper.
Kennedy is 7 months and has started babbling! She says da da and makes all sorts of little noises and stuff. She does this funny grunt/ groan that Cory says sounds like the Exorcist. She has gained back the weight she somehow lost and is now back to 13 1/2 pounds.
We had "The Sick" go through our girls. Ainsley had double ear infections with blisters on her ear drums, Peyton had Strep throat with an ear infection and Kenna had bronchiolitis and also an ear infection. It got a little crazy but luckily we are through the worst of it.
Ainsley and Peyton were signed with S.I.M Modeling agency. We are very excited to see where this will lead. We're just going to play with it for a while and see if the girls like it. They both enjoy having their pictures taken and turn into different kids when in front of the camera. The agency wanted to sign Kenna too but they don't work with babies so she will just have to wait for a few years.
Cory and I were able to go to Kauai for a week this month. We had such a wonderful time and were lucky enough to have some great friends to share it with. Cory worked really hard and earned a spot in his company's President's Club. We stayed at the Hyatt Grand Kauai- it was *amazing*! We did a zip line tour, snorkeling boat trip and lots of hanging out on the beach/pools. It was really hard for me to leave the kids. This was the first time we have ever left them in their lives! Not to mention they started getting sick right when we left. Thank goodness for my wonderful sister-in-law Lindsay and my sister Melody who took great care of my babies for me. While we were there Cory was awarded the "Sales Rep of the Year" award for his company! I am so proud of him!
We are now just getting back into the swing of things. I am trying to decide whether to do a summer class. We have a Mexico trip to plan for and also need to get the girls' headshots taken. So many exciting things to look forward to!
